In short: we collect as little as possible. Your story and your cards stay in your own browser. We only receive your email (if you sign up or buy) and your love pattern result if you join the 7-Day Journey. We never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect, and why

Instant readings: the name, zodiac sign and situation you type, and the cards you choose, are processed only in your own browser to create your reading. They are saved in your browser's local storage so your reading can be shown again after payment. We do not receive them on our servers.
Free guides and newsletter (for example, the weekly guide or The 2026 Release Ritual): your email address, used to send you the guide you asked for and our weekly emails, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Purchases: our reseller and Merchant of Record, Stripe, handles checkout, payment, tax and your receipt as an independent data controller, under its own privacy policy. It shares with us your name, email, country and what you bought, so we can deliver your order, help you if something goes wrong and keep our accounting records. We never see your full card number.
Love Pattern Test: your answers are processed in your own browser to show your result. If you join the 7-Day Journey, we receive your email and your love pattern result, so we can send emails that match it.
Messages: if you write to us by email or on social media, we use your message to reply.

3. Sensitive information

Your answers may touch on relationships or emotions. Please share only what you are comfortable with. We use them only to personalize your content and never share them with anyone else.

4. Who helps us

We work with a small number of trusted service providers, only for the purposes above: Stripe (checkout, payments, tax and receipts, as Merchant of Record), MailerLite (emails), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), ManyChat (automatic replies on Instagram) and our accountant (bookkeeping and tax). Some of them may store data outside the EU; in that case they use legal safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your love pattern result linked to your email: until you unsubscribe.
Order and payout records: for the period required by Romanian accounting law.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Write to hello@theariaoracle.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

7. California and other US residents

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. You may ask to know, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to us.

8. Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only to keep your own reading on your device. Our checkout, hosted by Stripe, uses the cookies it needs for secure payments.

9. Age

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
