1. Who we are

Aria Oracle ("we", "us") is a brand operated by FRIMON STORE SRL, a company registered in Brașov, Romania, VAT ID RO43326451, Trade Register no. J08/2415/2020. You can reach us at hello@theariaoracle.com. "Aria" is the name of our brand and reading experience.

2. Accepting these terms

By using our website or buying any reading, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Before every purchase we ask you to confirm this with a checkbox. Purchases are completed on the secure checkout of our reseller, Stripe (see section 6).

3. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to buy our services.

4. What our readings are, and what they are not

• Our readings are offered for spiritual reflection, emotional self-awareness and entertainment.
• They do not predict the future and do not guarantee any outcome, including in relationships.
• They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.
• References to psychology (such as attachment styles) are used as a lens for reflection, not as a diagnosis.

5. Our services

• Instant Reading. A written reading created automatically from the cards you choose and the answers you give. A free preview is shown; the full reading is unlocked after payment and appears immediately on your screen. Please save it (for example with the "Save as PDF" button), because it is stored only in your own browser.
• Love Pattern Test and 7-Day Love Pattern Journey. A free self-reflection quiz and a free series of emails. Results and emails are general content based on your answers, not an individual assessment.
• Seasonal offers (New Year). During the dates shown on the website: "Your Card for 2027", a free single-card reading; the "2027 Year-Ahead Roadmap", a written reading with one card for each month of 2027, created automatically and unlocked right after payment (stored only in your own browser, so please save it as a PDF); a Roadmap bought as a gift, delivered as a private link for you to send to the person you choose; and "The 2026 Release Ritual", a free guide sent by email.
• The Cosmic Circle. A monthly subscription with content sent by email. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Digital products (for example, guided audio). Pre-made content delivered digitally after purchase.

Prices are shown on the website in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.

6. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, and sends you your receipt. When you check out, Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment. We never see or store your full card details.

Your reading and all content are created and provided by Aria Oracle (FRIMON STORE SRL). For any question about your reading, write to us at hello@theariaoracle.com.

7. Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our readings are delivered right away or prepared especially for you:

• Instant Reading: when you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal, that right ends as soon as the reading is unlocked.
• 2027 Year-Ahead Roadmap and Roadmap gifts: when you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal, that right ends as soon as the roadmap is unlocked or the gift link is delivered to you.
• Digital products: when you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal, that right ends once the product is made available to you.
• The Cosmic Circle: you may withdraw within 14 days of your first subscription. We refund the amount paid minus the part of the month already provided.

8. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel The Cosmic Circle at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

9. Respectful use

Please don't copy, resell or republish our readings, texts, card designs or audio. They are for your personal use.

10. Our responsibility

You remain responsible for the decisions you make. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a reading. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version shown when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Applicable law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without taking away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at hello@theariaoracle.com; we answer within 3 business days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's dispute resolution information at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, and Romanian consumers may contact ANPC at anpc.ro.
